gSKIN® Thermal Flow Sensor

Thin design (thickness 0.4mm) thermal flux sensor

The "gSKIN(R)" heat flux sensor is a heat flux sensor suitable for applications that require high sensitivity, a thin profile, and high quality. It measures the heat flux passing through the surface of the sensor itself using an ultra-sensitive thermocouple. <Features of the "gSKIN(R)" heat flux sensor> - Minimal invasiveness: The very thin sensor module and uniform thermal resistance enable highly precise and distortion-free measurement of heat flux values. - High sensitivity: The high sensitivity maximizes the measurable heat flux range. With a standard voltmeter, heat flux values can be measured in the range of -10 to +10 kW/m² with a resolution of 0.5 W/m². - High accuracy: High accuracy makes the analysis of heat flux measurement results meaningful and well-founded, significantly improving production processes and materials. □ For other functions and details, please contact us.

CAPTEC Heat Flux Sensor HF Series

Slim, low thermal resistance, high sensitivity, ideal heat flux sensor.

The CAPTEC heat flux sensor HF series accurately measures the heat flux (conduction, convection, radiation) that flows in and out of the sensor surface. The sensor is composed of a high-density thin-film thermopile, making it an ideal heat flux sensor with extremely low thermal resistance. Additionally, this sensor has no sensitivity variation due to temperature changes and continuously outputs a DC voltage proportional to the heat flux value. It is available in a flexible type that can be attached to curved surfaces, a rigid type for flat surfaces, and custom designs in various shapes and specifications are also possible.

CAPTEC Radiation Sensor RF Series

A thin, adhesive-type sensor that can only measure radiant heat.

The CAPTEC RF series radiation sensor is a groundbreaking radiative heat flux sensor that is alternately covered with thin heat-absorbing plates and reflective plates, allowing it to measure only the radiative heat applied to the sensor surface. Unlike conventional radiometers, this radiation sensor does not require the installation of infrared filter windows. Additionally, the sensor's sensitivity remains constant even with temperature changes, outputting a voltage that is perfectly proportional to the radiative heat flux value. The emissivity of the sensor surface can also be specified as desired, enabling more accurate measurement of radiative heat under various thermal environments.
